rental advices please

Hello everyone! We're moving abroad for 3 or 4 years this spring and are considering which agent to let our 3 bed house through. Does anyone have any agent they particularly recommend or any agent they'd suggest beeing careful with? Or maybe anybody done a private rental and found that better?
All advices/thoughts welcome!
