    Lots of solo British artists making the UK charts in 1959 - for some reason singing groups were almost unknown in the UK before the advent of Mersey Beat (the King Bros, the Dallas Boys, the Vipers but few others), One of the most successful British stars of the year was Marty Wilde, here with his version of Donna. Who remembers Marty?
