Physio + acupuncture
Hello there, I wonder if you can help. I've heard that a good treatment for frozen shoulder is to see a physio who uses acupuncture. I am nervous of needles but the pain is bad and I need to try it. Can anyone recommend a kind, gentle physiotherapist? Have you had this condition & treated it successfully through acupuncture? Thanks in advance
