Parking meters
Sorry just a whinge really but is anybody having problems with the parking meters at both Harold wood and Harold Hill shops ...twice now I’ve ran up and down to several meters only to find them out of order or the screen not working
I had to queue for the only one that was working by the butchers at Harold hill shops at xmas ...I know you can phone but I wanted a free 30mins ticket and when you phone it takes a while to set up an account and they want your car index and credit card number ...er no thanks !!!
Sort it out Havering council you rip us off enough ....😡
