Lining a roasting tin....
Lining a roasting tin with kitchen foil helps with cleaning the tin after. This is a really good tip, turn the tin over, using your hands press the foil around the shape of the tin. Carefully remove, flip tin over and you have the right shaped foil to pop into your tin! any excess foil can be tucked around the edges, job done!!
