I was shocked
To witness the way a gorgeous puppy apricot poodle or similar was treated while groomed at Pets@home grooming parlour this evening. The attendant was so rough and nasty to the poor puppy. She eventually saw me watch through the glass so calmed down but as she thought I had disappeared she starting again being abusive. I reported it at the till and the member of staff said that the attendant was not a permanent member of staff. She should be barred from working with pets altogether. If you have your dog groomed after what I saw today I would suggest you stay with your dog while it is happening.
This was so upsetting. I was very tempted to video her actions but she obviously would have seen me do so as she was looking around to check if anyone could see her.
