Last week there were complaints because France was still on the Amber+ list and then it was changed to green. Now Macron has introduced passports for going into cafes, bars etc and I suspect a lot of those who have booked won't be able to produce it for one reason or another.
With all the wildfires, quarantining, testing, infection rates etc etc I think I'll just stay in rainy old England
