Guided body scan meditation to reduce stress
Very nice guided meditation here from a chap called Jon Kabat-Zinn. He's a scientist, writer, and meditation teacher from the US who is helping to bring mindfulness to the mainstream. It's a very calming meditation and really helps to reduce stress. It's so relaxing in fact that I struggle to stay awake for the whole recording!
