Monday 28 September 20206:30pm BST/UK & 12:30pm CST/USAA Paceworking Online Salsa Workout and a talk with George A. Fereos from Diabetes UK on ‘Diabetes - signs, symptoms and solutions to a healthier lifestyle’. Registration is on the Paceworking website or on Eventbrite.
Pauline Hinkson is the Director of Natural Origin UK, making her own range of natural skincare and natural fruit drinks. She also teaches Salsa and will lead a 30 minute online Salsacise class. The workout is suitable for all levels and incorporates exercise with easy to follow salsa steps.
