    Frankenstein foods UK

Just a grumble... Recently I've discovered that I've got iron overload in my body. Having tried to cut on iron-added foods I've found to my horror that it is a really hard thing to do. Turns out all UK flour has to be iron fortified. Drinks are iron fortified. All symptom checks and adverts seem to assume low iron and suggest upping intake. Then recently I've come across a BBC article on iron overload being a new hidden epidemic.
If anyone tells you that you need to increase your ire intake without taking blood tests then DON'T do it just on their suggestion. Good chances that you may be doing more harm to your body than good. Especially true to guys as we don't have any natural ways to lose iron from our bodies.
