Fake SMS from the correct bank phone number!

I've got an SMS from my bank tonight that my account has been blocked due to suspicious activity and to unblock it I need to visit an IP (not even a website!) address. Interesting observation is that it did come from the correct phone number that my bank sends me notifications. SO, someone is definitely busy with spoofed phone numbers. There are few reports on here and other forums about this in recent weeks.
