Delicious banana cake!
Beat 140g caster sugar with 140g soft butter, add 2 eggs, 140g S/R flour and a teaspoon of baking powder then the mashed bananas (I used 4 bananas!) and a handful of chopped chocolate and once folded all together pop into a lined loaf tin (I placed another halved banana on the top) and into a 160 fan oven for a good 50 minutes.
I'm sure the neighbours can smell it cooking as all the windows and doors are open due to this lovely sunny day.
