If you haven't made it over to check out our Dagenham Farm yet, Sunday 10 September will be a great day to go.
That's the day the farm will be opening its gates for a special free event: the DagenJAM festival.
There will be homemade cream teas – featuring strawberry or apricot DagenJAM, grown and made at the farm by trainees on the Grown in Dagenham programme.
Visitors will be able to tour the farm, drop in to a growing or cooking workshop, buy freshly picked farm produce, try Tommy K ketchup – made with tomatoes grown on the farm – and take part in a raffle to win a gift selection of farm goodies.
