Crystal Sound Bath at Beckenham Palace Mansion- every Sunday= £10
Hello all- I love our local services and there are so many local stars out there who don't have websites, etc, but provide a GREAT service and fill a need.
There is a great recurring crystal sound bath meditation at Beckenham Palace Mansion on Sundays from 7pm-8pm. £10. The conductor of the sound bath is Uschi 07916 312239- you can call to ask questions or book a place. Bring a mat and a light blanket. I don't know where or when I've seen this for such a great price and by sharing this I hope that more of us support our local people- so that they can remain local and accessible to us! It is a welcoming and loving vibe and great space for the accustics of the crystal bowls. I've been 2x and plan on being a regular- and there is AMPLE PARKING!!! Check it out- hope to see you there!
