These sessions improve young peoples' wellbeing and mood through games, drama & storytelling activities which build confidence, support self-expression, and allow the group to form friendships. This has proven especially important over the last year with young people spending so much time at home and in isolation.
The groups will work together on a project of their choice and will show their work at the end of the series to an invited audience of friends and family.
