Cold remedies
Could anyone share with me your effective cold remedies? Im really sick of being sick in the winter now. This has been my 3rd cold in the last few weeks. I read somewhere that you could drink Marshmallow root tea but not sure it would help. Do you know where I could get the Marshmallow root around here? Thanks!
