CHPS (Enfield) Community Help Point Scheme
This scheme aims to involve community organisations and services in safeguarding young people. Lots of shops, libraries and so on are offering themselves as a place of safety and support is youngsters (or anyone vulnerable) finds themselves feeling threatened or frightened whilst out and about.
