Hands on baking class making a chocolate gateau layered with chocolate cream. We will also be making tempered chocolate decorations to decorate the cake. Cosy of the class is £40 including all ingredients weighed, printed recipes and tea and coffee on tap. The class is taught personally by Tim and runs from 10.15am until 12.45pm.
