    Burger King appears set to remove all plastic toys from their children's meals. Hurrah!! And a double hurrah for those two little girls who started the campaign against BK and McDonald's (highlighted on the recent BBC TV programme by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Anita Rani on our plastic consumption).
