Book recommendations for building mental resilience
Mine would be 'Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway' by Susan Jeffers. I absolutely love this book and it had a profound impact on me when I first read it. It allowed me to develop some self-confidence and trust in my ability to handle whatever life throws at me.
