Beggars/ homeless
Seems to be more and more in Romford, however who knows if they are genuine or not? Has anyone seen the bloke in the wheelchair who keeps shouting “will someone please help me” apparently he wants something to eat, but no good saying I’ll get you a sandwich, because he just wants the money. I used to give a couple of quid to a fella in the north street subway, until I was told he had a nice house in Dagenham!! Would be interested to know if people give money, or rightly or wrongly like me look at them with some suspicion.
