Taiji & Chinese Dance Classes in the City of London starting on the 16th Aug
Come join me Fridays starting from the 16th August (8:00 - 9:30PM) for Taiji & Chinese Dance classes at BGM Studios in the CITY! (No Service FEES)
BGM is about 5 minutes walk from either Barbican or Farringdon Station.
In each 90-minute class we will start with practising Taiji to warm up, then move on to one of the following types of dances. These are ongoing classes, so you will have opportunities to experience all of them, exciting!!
You can book a single class or four classes in one go at your choice.
1. Traditional Chinese Dance, also named Folk Dances of Han Chinese (FDHC)
2. Dances of Chinese Ethnic Minorities (DCEM)
3. Chinese Contemporary Dance (CCD)
CCD is a mix of FDHC, DCEM and International Modern Dances.
4. Chinese Street Dance
5. Korean Pop Dance
6. Japanese Pop Dance
The type of Taiji we will be practising is called Jingan & Changshou Gong, more information available on https://jinganchangshougong.yolasite.com/
This class is suitable, for EVERYBODY, even if you have never danced in your life. It's all about trying something new and different to maintain and improve our health & well being. Furthermore we will kick off our weekend with an exciting Friday evening.
