ZoMara was founded by two mothers; one is a fitness instructor and the other is a nutritional chef. They decided to come together to offer families a “Mummy and Me” fitness class and provide a nutritious child-friendly post-workout meal. Being mothers themselves, ZoMara understand that reconnecting with your core, strengthening your pelvic floor and allowing your stomach muscles to heal is necessary and virtually impossible whilst juggling parental duties. They aim to guide you back into full fitness in a safe and effective way.
The classes are designed to be child-friendly, fun, challenging and well informed. It’s a great workout and fantastic stretch and gives you a much needed opportunity to unwind. After class, ZoMara encourage eating together as your body will crave nourishment after a solid workout. Your kids can continue playing and eating with others, which creates a happy environment for social interaction and trying new foods (whilst the mums hang out and recover from the physical activity).
