Nestled amongst the palm trees on the Caribbean island of Mustique sits Lotty’s iconic gingerbread-style boutique that, along with Basil’s Bar, must be the most photographed building on the island. The Pink House boutique is a treasure trove of Mustique must-haves: carefully chosen designer items and our very own, much sought-after Pink House Mustique and Lotty B labels.

Lotty says: "Mustique has been my home since 1993 when my husband took up the post of island doctor. Inspired by the island’s wealth of flora and fauna, I spent the next few years designing and hand-painting silk sarongs whilst bringing up our children, barefoot and fancy-free.

Sarongs soon developed to kaftans and then a small resort-wear collection for women called ‘Lotty B – Mustique’. Then, in 2008, the little shop became available and Lotty took the plunge. She says: “When I took on the shop I already had quite an established collection of silk and linen resort wear for women, so I added linen printed shirts and swim shorts for men under the label ‘Pink House Mustique’ which has gone from strength to strength and all my collections are all now sold around the world via our wholesale operation and our website.”
