Along with this I will work with you to make positive changes to the way you eat in a way that you can maintain in the long term. I focus on implementing good nutritional habits over time with the distinct avoidance of any diets.

By progressing your training over time and working on key aspects of your nutrition and lifestyle along with your hard work I will help you to:

-Improve your mindset around exercise and eating

-Improve how you look and fee in yourself

-Get to a weight that you feel comfortable at

-Increase your fitness levels and how capable you feel

I'm a non aggressive trainer who makes you feel welcome in sessions with lots of encouragement and strategies to get the most out of your training.
