Based in Darlington, County Durham, Mason Property Solutions Ltd supply landlord and property solutions in the North East and Yorkshire. We started trading in 2008 during the recession following the property crash. Our managing Director Stephen Mason previously worked in the property search industry and was one of the many causalities of the recession.

Initially, our business concentrated on producing HIPs (Home Information Packs) and Energy Performance Certificates before branching into landlord services with the introduction of IT-based inventory software. We changed our company name when we became a limited company in 2011 and have been working hard ever since!

We are very proud to be still working with almost all of our initial client base and have also formed new business relationships over the last decade. Today our clients include large multi-branch estate and letting agencies, social housing providers, private landlords, country estates, renewable energy installers and of course, residential home sellers.
